This policy applies only when the official Nicopouche.com checkout offers a shipping method for the delivery address and order. The store currently has no enabled WooCommerce shipping method, so online shipping cannot presently be quoted or selected.

Adding a product to the cart or submitting details does not guarantee that delivery is available. An order is not accepted for shipment until the required checks and payment status are complete.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support promptly if an address is incorrect. A change may not be possible after processing or dispatch has begun, and a carrier may charge for correction or redelivery.

Processing and dispatch times vary. No universal 24-hour dispatch promise applies. An order may be delayed while payment, stock, address, age, fraud, export, or destination requirements are checked.

Any delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee. Tracking is supplied only when the selected service supports it. Carrier events can appear late, and customs or local delivery may continue after the last visible scan.
