Duties and Taxes

WooCommerce tax calculation is currently disabled on Nicopouche.com. The online store is not presently configured to calculate or add VAT, sales tax, or similar tax at checkout.

A zero tax amount at checkout does not mean that an order is exempt from tax, duty, import restrictions, or clearance charges. Obligations depend on the destination, customer, product, and applicable law.

Before placing an order

Check with the destination’s customs and tax authorities whether nicotine pouches may be imported and whether age limits, quantity limits, permits, tax, duty, or other charges apply. Nicopouche.com cannot provide personal tax or legal advice.

Checkout and displayed prices

Review the product price, shipping option, discounts, taxes, fees, currency, and final total displayed by the official checkout before paying. Do not assume that VAT has been collected, reverse charged, or verified through a VAT-number service unless the checkout expressly confirms it.

The store currently uses USD as its WooCommerce currency. A bank, payment provider, or card issuer may apply conversion rates or fees that are not controlled by Nicopouche.com.

Import duties and clearance charges

A customs authority, carrier, postal operator, or other authorized party may assess import duty, local tax, handling, storage, inspection, or clearance charges. These charges are not included or prepaid unless the official checkout clearly states otherwise for the selected service.

Do not pay an unexpected customs or carrier request until you have verified it through the authority’s or carrier’s official channel. Nicopouche.com support will never ask for your password or complete payment-card details.

Delays, refusal, and return to sender

Customs review can delay, refuse, seize, or return a shipment. The outcome and any refund or return eligibility depend on the tracking record, reason, product condition, applicable law, and current Refund and Returns Policy. No automatic customs-delay refund is promised.

Business purchases and tax documents

Do not assume that a VAT number will be validated or that a reverse-charge treatment will be applied. A business customer that needs a particular invoice or tax treatment should obtain written confirmation before placing or paying for an order.
